Contoh Rumus Excel 1

 Menjumlahkan setiap nilai pada sel A2, A3, A4, A5 dan A6:

=SUM(A2, A3, A4, A5, A6)


Menjumlahkan setiap nilai sel pada range A2:A6 atau menjumlahkan angka pada sel A2 sampai sel A6:

=SUM(A2:A6)


Menjumlahkan setiap nilai sel yang ada di dua range berbeda yakni A2:A6 dan B2:B6:

=SUM(A2:A6;B2:B6)


Menjumlahkan setiap nilai sel yang ada range A2:B6:

=SUM(A2:B6)


Menjumlahkan nilai maksimal (Tertinggi) pada range A2:A6 dengan nilai maksimal (Tertinggi) pada range B2:B6:

=SUM(MAX(A2:A6);MAX(B2:B6))


Menjumlahkan nilai minimal(terendah) pada range A2:A6 dengan minimal(terendah) pada range B2:B6

Kerangka Proses Data Dalam Database

Proses Membuat Tabel Database

  • Menentukan tujuan database.
  • Membuat data dictionary.
  • Mempelajari dan mengimplementasikan Database Schema, DFD (Data Flow Diagram), DFD DD (Data Flow Diagram Data Dictionary), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram).
  • Membuka database.
  • Membuat tabel baru atau table dari data yang sudah ada.
  • Membuat field atau menambahkan field.
  • Menentukan tipe data field dari database.
  • Menentukan panjang maksimal field dari database.
  • Menambahkan atribut Not Null pada field yang diperlukan.
  • Menentukan primary key untuk field yang diperlukan.
  • Menyimpan desain tabel.
  • Membuat relasi antar tabel.

Proses Menampilkan Data Dari Tabel

  • Membuka tabel yang akan diproses.
  • Periksa jumlah record yang ada dalam tabel.
  • Tampilkan seluruh atau sebagian record.
